I, the Guarantor, on behalf of the Buyer who is requesting credit from Lara’s Meat, Inc., hereby represent and warrant that Buyer is solvent and that it will pay its obligations as they come due. The terms and conditions of this agreement apply to all sales made between Lara’s Meat, Inc. and Buyer. The price, terms of payment, and delivery information shall be the terms as set forth in Lara’s Meat, Inc.’s invoices or between any written agreements between Buyer and Lara’s Meat, Inc. In the event that Buyer fails to make a payment when due, the undersigned personally guarantees all the payments, including all costs of collection, attorney’s fees, and court cost. Further, by execution of this Form, I and Buyer agree to be subject to the laws of and courts of the State of California.
This personal guarantee will also apply if Buyer fails to notify Lara’s Meat, Inc. of a change in ownership. If there is a change in ownership in the Buyer, and Buyer still carries a debt with Lara’s Meat, Inc., Lara’s Meat, Inc. shall be able to collect the Buyer’s debt (all outstanding amounts on the Buyer’s account) from the undersigned individual Guarantor.
